As far as the technologies are concerned, longxiang Company has combined the self-based research and development and the absorption and improving together, and formed our core competence which features in high-technologies; at the beginning of our establishment, our company has set up a pipe R&D institution whose name was been changed as Longxiang Pipe Technologies R&D Center in 2002, in this center, the “180° Stainless-Steel Seamless Elbow”, “High Pressure Hydrogenation Stainless-Steel sharp bend Elbow”,? “Bar Drawing Concentrated Pipe”, “9F level collecting chamber” has been promoted independently and successively. In Oct. 2005, the Center accomplished the technical development of 0Cr18Ni10Ti90^o ELR9-K1Φ480×35 large thick wall & big caliber bending crafts for Qulu Petrochemical, and from then on, the history in which the traditional elbow with thick wall were made by pressing or relied on importation has been altered.
For the purpose of further strengthening the enterprise’s core competence which made by leading technology, our company has made cooperation with Chemical Equipments Institute of Zhejiang University and the Longxiang Pipe Technologies R&D Center has been set up, which leaded by supervisors of Phd and main teachers from Zhejiang University, our company has invested a great deal of money in equipping the center with global advanced developing and inspecting equipments. Recently, the pressure pipes combination, the 3D bend pipes of cracking furnace-riser pipe & down pipe series products has been manufactured.

Various kinds of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, 90° and 180°seamless elbow, sharp bend elbow, plate tube, concentrated pipe and all kinds of pipe fitting made by of company with intermediate frequency induction heating & bending shaping craft are features in smooth surface both in inside and outside, even thickness of pipe wall and other advantages, and our products are proved by State Science & Technology Commission, National Ministry of Labor and other authoritative department after the quality inspection that the products of us conforms to the national standard and different standards of different industries. In addition, our company has independently designed and produced three bending & shaping production lines which can make seamless elbows between the range of Φ18-Φ630 in different materials and wall thickness.
For the purpose of ensuring the quality of our products, our company has invested 4 million RMB in building multi-purpose lab, and introducing almighty experiment machine, impulsion testing machine, ultrasonic digital thickness-testing device, full-automatic ultrasonic thickness-testing device, sclerometer, ultrasonic flaw detector, X-ray machine, magnetic particle flaw detector and other advanced quality inspecting devices.

“180° Stainless-Steel Seamless Elbow” which researched and developed independently by our company were praised as “National New Products”.
It was approved by provincial technical authentication in 1999 that the “High Pressure Hydrogenation Stainless-Steel sharp bend Elbow” made by our company has filled up the blank of the technology of “high pressure & close to hydrogen, direct heating the sharp bend elbow with flame” in china, and with this product, our company was awarded the Second and Third Prize of Science & Technology Progress in Local and City, what’s more, this product has also been recommended as the High-Tech product by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and French Supervising & Estimating Commotion for Scientific Quality.
The “Bar Drawing Concentrated Pipe” was listed as an item of Torch Program in 1996, and in 1999, this product has passed the authentication of provincial and ministry authorities, and was awarded the “First and Second Prize of Science & Technology Progress in Local and City”, “Provincial Excellent Scientific Products”, and in 2001, it was praised as the “National Key New-Product in 2001”.
The 9F level collecting chamber which was developed in 2004 is now in production in our cooperative partners of Haerbin Boiler Factory, Shanghai Boiler Factory, Hangzhou Boiler Factory.
In 2005, the “Pressure Pipes Combination, The 3D Bend Pipes of Cracking
Furnace-Riser Pipe & down Pipe series products” which co-developed by our company and Equipment R&D Institution of Zhejiang University has entered into computer simulation stage yet.
